√After failing to sell our house for one year on the market with another realtor, we decided it was time to look somewhere else. We created a list of possible realtors, and through our discussion narrowed the list down to three candidates.  After interviewing each one, the choice was very clear, and we asked Danika to sell our house.  We chose her because she showed a lot of wisdom and intelligence in real estate, yet she spoke to us in an approachable way that made us feel very comfortable.  She also seemed to be more up to date on using technology to help sell houses than the other realtors.  She also had a lot of energy inside of her that was as easy to see as it was infectious.

Once she dug in to the project, she gave us a lot of helpful advice on how to make the house look and feel the best it could.  We took her suggestions and couldn’t believe our home looked so good.  It was one of those moments where we asked ourselves, “Wow, this house is wonderful, why we are selling it again?” 

This advice was invaluable to us.  She also took at least a million photos of the house to make sure she was able to put the best face on our home for the websites and brochures.

Throughout the time our home was on the market, Danika always kept in contact with us about current sales, competition, etc.  She stayed confident and positive throughout.  After being on the market before for one year, it was hard for Debra and I to remain positive every day; she always managed to pick up our spirits and assure us the house looked great and it would sell.  And it did! We are extremely thankful and are looking forward to purchasing our next home with Danika!

√ Working with Danika was a great experience!  I had been looking for my first home for about 6 weeks with another realtor after experiencing a fire in my apartment.  Being a single mother of three, I was becoming extremely inpatient because we had nowhere to live.  Danika and I accidentally met via the Internet after I inquired about a home on edinarealty.com.  After speaking with her on the phone and explaining to her what I was looking for in a home she just gave me hope.
