Danika Forrester was my real estate broker in the sale of my home.  Her approach met the highest professional standards and her advise was competent; she saved me thousands of dollars I was prepared to spend unnecessarily.  In addition, she performed assorted repairs or had repairs done which greatly facilitated the sale and kept it on track for closing.
